Delivery Information

All prices quoted on Fit and Fun INCLUDE delivery to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales with the exception of the following postcodes:

Any code commencing : JE GY
Any code in the range : TR21 - TR25
We cannot, at this stage, deliver to Northern Ireland or Eire.

In addition, some postcodes attract a delivery surcharge:
Any code commencing : PA KW ZL IV AB PH DD IM
Any code in the ranges : PO30 - 38 and PO40 - 41

Our policy is to despatch goods in line with customer's requirements. You will be asked for your preferred delivery date, however this is not a confirmed date. We will do our very best to meet the requested delivery date.  Please note that unless the carrier/supplier offers a booking in service your order will arrive without prior notification.  Fit and Fun will not accept liability for failure to deliver on the stated date.  Please provide a contact telephone number in case of any queries. A signature is required for all deliveries. If you leave a note for the driver they will leave in a garden/secure area but this is at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for goods left.

It is also possible, for a small surcharge, to opt for a guaranteed morning or Saturday delivery on certain products. You will be given this option, where appropriate, as you process your order. All goods are despatched by a nominated carrier. Smaller items are despatched on a Parcelforce 48 hour delivery service. 

Due to the size of some delivery vehicles delivering on our behalf, we must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicles (e.g. overhanging trees, narrow lanes, tight bends).  Fit and Fun will not accept any claims for compensation arising for non/failed/refused delivery of any item when we have not been made aware of restrictions regarding access.  In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges and a restocking fee may be charged (upto 15%).

If it is found  that any of the larger products upon delivery will not fit through any doors/stairwells etc and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you are responsible for all outward & return carriage costs incurred by Fit and Fun.  If you need further details on packaging dimensions, please contact us at sales@fitandfun.co.uk.

Fit and Fun do everything possible to ensure the safe delivery of your goods. When your delivery arrives, you must count the number of pieces you receive any look for any damage to the packaging.  If the number of boxes does not match the delivery paperwork, you must note the number of pieces received by your signature.  Damage to packaging must also be noted on the delivery note.  It is very important to check your order.  A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order & that the packaging is in good condition.  If, however, there are any problems with your delivery they should be reported within 48 hours. Neither Fit and Fun or the carriers can be held responsible for short deliveries or damaged packaging if you do not note them on the delivery note.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: the delivery service offered is a kerbside delivery service only for health and safety reasons.  Products will not be taken into the customers home. 

Returns Policy

To cancel you order you must write to us at: Fit and Fun, Merse Rd, Redditch, B98 9HL or send an e-mail to sales@fitandfun.co.uk, either before your order is despatched or within seven working days of delivery of your item(s) quoting your order number.

If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Fit and Fun (excludes when items arrive damaged).

If you wish to cancel your order, you need to contact us on 0845 070 8926 or e-mail sales@fitandfun.co.uk within seven working days of delivery of your item (s).  You will be issued with an authorisation number which must be quoted on all correspondance including the parcel. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Fit and Fun at your expense within 7 days of getting an authorisation number. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in as new saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.  If these conditions are not met, you may not be liable for a full refund.  Refunds will be issued within 7 working days to the original payment method (this excludes any installation charges).

Do all products sold on Fit and Fun require assembly?

Please be aware that many products sold on Fit and Fun require assembly.  If you have any queries regarding assembly, please contact us at sales@fitandfun.co.uk.  Some garden play equipment requires concreting into the ground (instructions provided).

What warranty do you offer?

All Kettler products come with a full manufacturers warranty which varies between products.  Please see individual products for warranty information.  Please be aware that Kettler products are suitable for "home use" only and have a 12 months warranty for commercial use. No manufacturers warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use or if the customer alters the product in any way or if he customer fails to provide reasonable & necessary care. Warranty claims will require a proof of purchase.
